HammondCare is hiring Home Care Workers to support clients in social clubs in Mona Vale and Manly. The role involves assisting with daily activities, providing social interaction, and following individual care plans for clients, including those living with dementia.

Shifts include Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 8am–4pm at Mona Vale with some shifts at Manly. A driver’s license, WWCC and First Aid are preferred, and training is provided.
