Based in Wollongong, this role is ideal for someone with at least 1 year of property management experience who is ready to develop their skills in a supportive workplace.

THE ROLE
Assist with the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio
Conduct open homes and process tenancy applications
Coordinate repairs and maintenance
Assist with ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
Liaise with landlords, tenants and tradespeople
Work closely with a Senior Property Manager to develop your skills

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
At least 1 year of property management experience
Current Certificate of Registration
Valid driver's licence




PropertyMe experience highly regarded
Robust communication and organisational skills
A proactive attitude and genuine desire to grow within the industry
