Backpacker Job Board is hiring for a vibrant call centre in Queenstown, Current Zealand. The role focuses on customer interactions with an emphasis on chat and phone support, joining a long-standing Australian-insurance–focused team that values fun, social engagement, and results.

Shifts run 11:00 to 19:30, Monday to Friday, with guaranteed 35 hours per week and optional overtime. Attractive earnings include a base pay with uncapped bonuses and a solid advantages package; paid training is provided.
