As we continue to grow across the Central Coast Region and meet client needs, we are seeking 6 experienced Female disability support workers in the Central Coast Region.

The Role

You will support participants in Supported Independent Living (SIL) and community settings, providing

consistent, safe, and meaningful care.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver person-centred supports aligned with care plans
Support with personal care and daily living tasks
Assist with community access and engagement
Complete shift notes and incident reporting
Work collaboratively with families and allied health teams

What we're looking for
Experience with challenging behaviours / high complex needs




Understanding of positive behaviour support
Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliable, adaptable, and passionate about making a difference
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working With Children Check
Current First Aid & CPR
Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
Cert III/IV in Disability (preferred)
Supportive and hands-on leadership team
Solid presence across the Central Coast
