Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced RTO Manager to oversee the operations of our Registered Training Organization (RTO). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the RTO, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and delivering high-quality training programs to our students.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure continuous compliance with Standards for Registered Training Organisations 2015
Manage the delivery of training programs, including scheduling, resource allocation, and assessment
Monitor and evaluate the performance of trainers and assessors, providing feedback and support as required
Develop and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders, including employers, industry bodies, and government agencies
Manage the RTO’s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting against VET funding contracts
Ensure the RTO’s facilities and equipment are maintained to a high standard




Lead and motivate a team of trainers, assessors, and administrative staff

Qualifications:
Tertiary qualifications in education, business, or a related field
Extensive experience in the vocational education and training (VET) sector, including experience managing an RTO
Solid knowledge of regulatory requirements for RTOs, including the Standards for Registered Training Organizations (RTOs) 2015
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a range of stakeholders
Robust leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent).
Demonstrated experience in preparing for and managing ASQA audits.
