The Role Working alongside an experienced Strata Manager, you’ll support the day-to-day management of a portfolio while developing your skills and building a career in strata.
Your responsibilities will include:
Strata administration and portfolio support
Coordinating repairs and maintenance
Liaising with owners, stakeholders and contractors
Assisting with insurance, risk management and compliance
Learning all aspects of strata management with full training provided
About You:
Experience in strata, real estate or property management is advantageous, but not essential
Solid transferable skills and a genuine interest in the property industry
Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Organised, resilient and able to manage deadlines
Professional presentation and a strong customer service focus
