Now is a excellent time to join CWI Demolition. We’re a new business with an experienced team, and a real opportunity to build something special by doing demolition differently.
We’re an asbestos removal and demolition contractor working across Queensland and New South Wales, on everything from single commercial buildings to multi stage industrial sites.
Our three directors have more than 60 years in demolition between them, across the UK, Europe and Australia. They started CWI to build the company they wanted to work for: one where safety is never traded for time or cost, the people doing the work are listened to, everyone is accountable for their work, and what is promised gets delivered.
We’re independently operated, alongside sister contractors Industrial Demolition Services (IDS) and Industrial Major Projects Group (IMPG), which gives our crews access to extensive plant and equipment.
We’re looking for demolition plant operators at all levels to join our Brisbane crew, working on structural and staged demolition across South East Queensland and Current South Wales, with progression routes for the right people.
The role
Operating demolition excavators from 5 tonne to 120 tonne, with shears, grapples, hammers,

Tickets and VOCs for the plant operated

Location: Brisbane and Gold Coast, with work across South East Queensland and Recent South Wales
Living away from home allowance (LAHA) and accommodation paid for any away work

Immediate start for the right person
We want people to be able to build a career here, not simply fill a position. That means investing in training and continued development, and giving people exposure to new responsibilities, more complex projects and experienced people they can learn from. As CWI grows, we want our people to grow with it.
