Description
We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Import Storeperson to join our team. Reporting to the Import Operations Lead, you'll be responsible for receiving, inspecting and processing imported stock while ensuring inventory accuracy and compliance requirements are met.
Key duties:
Receive and inspect inbound import shipments
Verify stock against shipping and customs documentation
Process receipting and inventory transactions in NetSuite/WMS
Report discrepancies, shortages and damages
Coordinate with freight providers and internal stakeholders
Maintain accurate inventory and import records
Support general warehouse operations and stock control
Essential:
Current driver's licence
Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
Positive communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and within a small team
Competent in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Desirable:
Forklift Licence
Certificate III in Logistics/Warehousing (or similar)
Warehouse, inventory or import experience
NetSuite/WMS experience
What's on offer:
Permanent part-time role
20 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 7:00am-11:00am)
Up to $35 per hour (depending on experience)
