Northern Star Mining Services seeks a Senior HR Advisor for our Kalgoorlie Operations Centre. You will lead Employee Relations for 1200+ employees across 8 underground operations, reporting to the HR Manager.

The role is residential in Kalgoorlie with relocation support or FIFO from Perth. We seek a hands-on generalist HR qualified who thrives in a quick-paced setting, coaching managers and improving process effectiveness.
