About the Company
Our Client is a Design and Construct Builder that specialises in architectural renovations,custom duplexes and dual occupancy projects across Sydney's North West and Inner West. With renovation values ranging up to $1.5M and dual-occupancy projects up to $3M, we are seeking an experienced carpenter prior experience within the architectural, high-end space.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Carpenter or Leading Hand to be provided with hands-on training with the aim to progress into a Foreman role.
What You Need
Certificate III in Carpentry (essential)
Certificate IV will be highly regarded but not essential
A minimum of 5 years post-apprenticeship experience as a carpenter across high-end residential sites
Solid written and verbal communication
Current drivers license and own vehicle
Complete set of carpentry tools
The Advantages
Starting salary up to $120K plus superannuation with a salary review at the end of probation and year on year
All current projects will be based within the Inner West with future projects to be based around the North West and Inner West
