Lake Macquarie City Council is seeking a Project and Technical Officer – Community Buildings to oversee planning and management of assets for libraries, galleries and swim centres. You will develop asset data, lifecycle plans and compliance with regulations.

The role involves leading capital works programs, lifecycle costing, data improvement, and providing expert input to stakeholders. A 35-hour week and market-market-market-competitive salary with superannuation are offered.
