Kalis is seeking a Bar & Gaming Duty Manager to lead on-shift operations across busy shifts in Hobart. Reporting to the Venue Manager, you'll ensure a secure, compliant, and high-quality guest experience.
You'll manage the floor, coach staff, handle cash and gaming systems, and work rotating rosters including nights, weekends and public holidays, with a solid emphasis on responsible service and team leadership.
