StateCover Mutual is seeking a Claims Officer in Sydney to deliver timely, compliant claims outcomes for Members. You’ll manage medical only claims, including hearing aids, liaise with injured workers, councils and providers, and support resolution and documentation.
You’ll be the first point of contact for enquiries, helping to reduce claim lifecycle times while maintaining quality and compliance. A team-oriented, accountable approach is essential.
