Our client is seeking reliable and experienced Forklift Operators and Pick Packers to join their warehouse team in South Brisbane. This is a outstanding opportunity for people with warehouse experience who enjoy hands-on work and being part of a team.
You’ll be involved in the day-to-day warehouse operations, handling automotive suspension parts, picking and packing orders, managing stock and preparing goods for dispatch. Whether you have forklift experience or a background in pick packing, our client is looking for people who are dependable, safety-conscious and ready to get the job done.
What you’ll be doing:
Safely operating forklifts to load and unload delivery vehicles (forklift operators)
Moving, stacking and storing automotive parts and suspension components
Picking and packing customer orders accurately
Checking products, quantities and part numbers against orders
Labelling and preparing goods for dispatch
Receiving stock, replenishing shelves and assisting with stocktakes
Maintaining accurate stock records
Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and secure
What you’ll need:
A current LF forklift licence for forklift operator positions
Previous warehouse, forklift or pick packing experience
Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems is an advantage
Positive attention to detail when handling automotive parts
Ability to perform manual handling duties safely
A reliable, punctual and safety-conscious attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Automotive parts experience is an advantage but not essential
