Maxwell Recruitment is currently seeking applications for Spray Seal Crew Members. You will support a spray seal crew delivering bitumen road installation and repair works on local projects and on away-based assignments. Away work typically runs for 1–3 weeks.

About the Role
Complete bitumen road installation and repair activities
Support daily crew operations and site tasks as directed
Work locally or travel for away-based assignments (1–3 weeks)
Maintain secure, reliable, and productive work practices within the crew

Requirements
Willingness to work both locally and away from home as required
Availability for away-based assignments lasting 1–3 weeks
Ability to contribute to physical, hands-on roadworks tasks
HR truck licence required (MR or higher is potentially suitable)
