The Role
Managing a portfolio of approximately approx. 140 properties within the North East Corridor, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of your portfolio, with a solid focus on relationship management and in-house duties.
You'll be supported by:
A dedicated Leasing Manager
A floating Property Manager who covers annual leave and sick leave
A large, experienced team within one of Adelaide's leading agencies
What You'll Be Doing:
Managing a well-maintained portfolio
Conducting annual routine inspections and final bond inspections
Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Handling the day-to-day management of your portfolio with excellent administrative support
Primarily undertaking inhouse duties only

About You:
Property Management experience essential (registered)
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to manage your portfolio confidently and independently
Positive, team-focused attitude
