Responsibilities
Coach delivery teams and leaders in iterative delivery practices.
Facilitate retrospectives and make improvement prospects visible.
Support teams through changes to the Ways of Working.
Train ASIC staff as coaches and improvement leads.
Essential: agile or delivery coaching across multiple teams in large organisations.
Desirable: ICAgile, Secure or Kanban certification; government experience.
