We’re looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor to be the face of our workshop. This is the link between our customers and our technicians, making sure every vehicle gets booked in, communicated on and handed back with a great experience from start to finish.

You’ll work closely with a skilled workshop team in a skilled, up-to-date service centre, where your communication and organisation will directly shape customer satisfaction and repeat business.

What You’ll Be Doing
Greet customers, assess their service and repair needs, and book vehicles in
Explain recommended work, quotes and timeframes clearly and confidently
Liaise with workshop technicians and the foreman to coordinate job progress
Provide customers with timely updates and manage expectations on completion
Prepare accurate quotes, work orders and invoices
Maintain precise service records and customer documentation
Handle enquiries, feedback and concerns professionally, resolving issues quickly
Identify opportunities to recommend additional services that benefit the customer




Support workshop scheduling and help keep workflow running smoothly
Contribute to continuous improvement in customer service processes

Competitive base salary of $65,000 to $72,000 per year plus Super + Car

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a service advisor, service coordinator or in a customer-facing automotive role
Good working knowledge of vehicle servicing and repairs
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisation and time management, with the ability to juggle multiple jobs at once
Confident, professional manner with customers and colleagues
Attention to detail and accuracy in quoting and documentation
Problem-solving ability and a calm approach under pressure
