Guardian Service & Maintenance is seeking an experienced Fire Pump & Sprinkler Testing Technician to join our team.
This role involves the monthly, 6-monthly and annual testing of fire pumps, sprinkler systems and associated fire protection equipment across a portfolio of commercial, residential and industrial sites throughout Sydney.
Responsibilities
Monthly, 6-monthly and Annual testing of fire pumps and sprinkler systems
Complete electronic service reports via Uptick
Identify and report defects
Isolate and reinstate fire alarm systems where required
Liaise with clients and building managers
Ensure all testing is completed in accordance with Australian Standards
Requirements
Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
Current Sprinkler Fitting qualification
Experience testing fire pumps and sprinkler systems
Current Driver's Licence
Current National Police Check
Ability to work independently
Solid communication and reporting skills
Highly Regarded
Experience with Siemens Fire Indicator Panels
Experience isolating and reinstating fire alarm systems
Experience using Uptick software
