Cougar Drilling is seeking an experienced Production Coordinator to support Queensland operations and coordinate the workforce, equipment, stock and consumables. You will work with site Supervisors, frontline employees, clients and management to ensure secure, effective operations with minimal disruption.
Key responsibilities include rosters, onboarding, performance reviews, planning, maintenance coordination and stock control.
