Ovolo Sydney is searching for a passionate Head Chef to lead a high-performing kitchen across our Bruno's concept. You will drive pre-opening activities, shape menus and set the culinary tone for breakfast, café service, restaurant dining and events.
You will oversee a diverse kitchen operation, mentor chefs at all levels, manage costs and ensure exceptional quality, hygiene and guest experiences while delivering on commercial performance.
