We are seeking experienced and motivated Registered Nurses (RNs) to support our partner aged care providers with reliable, high-quality, resident-centered care across the Central Coast Region, NSW, and surrounding areas.

Available Specialties

We are currently recruiting RNs with experience in one or more of the following areas:

Aged Care:
Residential Aged Care Facilities
Dementia Care
Medication Administration
Clinical Assessments and Care Planning
Palliative and End-of-Life Care
Chronic Disease Management
Wound Care and Management
Geriatric Nursing

RNs with experience across multiple aged care specialties are welcome to apply.

What We Offer
Versatile casual shifts across morning, afternoon, and night duty




Opportunities to work across multiple aged care facilities in Gosford, and surrounding areas in the Central Coast Region
Competitive hourly rates and applicable penalty rates – Up to $120/hr
Supportive clinical coordination team
Prospects to broaden experience across a variety of aged care settings
Nurses may indicate availability for any shift type, with no requirement to cover all shift patterns

Requirements
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Minimum 1 year of Australian aged care nursing experience
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain, where required)
Current National Police Check
Up-to-date immunization records and required compliance documentation
Full Australian working rights
Must be currently residing in Australia
Robust clinical skills, communication, and commitment to delivering high-quality, resident-centered care
