Monash Health is seeking a part time Psychiatric Nurse (Grade 3) for the Dandenong area to deliver community-based mental health assessments and crisis support. The role involves liaising with inpatient and community services to ensure best–practice care, with a focus on secure, recovery‑oriented treatment.

The position supports an outreach model, working across mornings, afternoons/evenings and weekends as rostered, in alignment with service demands.
