NSW Health in Nowra is seeking a Senior Pharmacist to coordinate and lead the clinical Pharmacy service for the Division of Palliative Care, delivering qualified leadership and direction.

You will ensure access to specialised palliative medicines, contribute to medication management, and develop guidelines to optimise end-of-life care, in line with AHPRA, SHPA and PSA standards. This role is in office at Nowra Community Health Centre.
