Key Responsibilities
Lead the transition from engineering development into production
Establish manufacturing processes, work instructions and production controls
Drive manufacturing readiness, DFM/DFA improvements and production planning
Manage configuration control, quality, testing and traceability




Coordinate suppliers, materials and domestic/international production activities
Identify opportunities to improve cost, quality, throughput and scalability
Support the setup and transfer of manufacturing capability to overseas production partners

About You
Experience transitioning complex products from development into production
Background in aerospace, defence, electronics, robotics, UAV/UAS or similar high‑complexity manufacturing environments
Strong understanding of manufacturing engineering, NPI/LRIP, quality systems and production planning
Comfortable working across engineering, supply chain, quality and production teams
Engineering qualification preferred, or equivalent industry experience
Must be Australian citizen and eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Government security clearance
