About the Role

We're looking for a Family Lawyer with at least 2 years of post-admission experience to join our Family Law team in Sydney. You'll handle a range of family law matters and support clients through some of the most key times in their lives. You'll be part of a team that cares about positive outcomes and about each other.

Key Responsibilities
Giving clear, practical advice to clients on a range of family law matters
Managing your own files from start to finish,



with support when you need it
Preparing court documents and correspondence
Attending court and preparing matters for hearings
Negotiating settlements and taking part in dispute resolution
Working with barristers and other professionals
Supporting junior team members and contributing to the wider team

What You'll Bring
At least 2 years PQE in family law
Good knowledge of family law and court processes
Experience working directly with clients
An empathetic, calm and professional approach
Strong negotiation skills and sound judgement
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ability to manage competing priorities and work independently and as part of a team
A current NSW practising certificate (or eligibility to obtain one)
