Working closely with the Store Manager, you’ll coach and develop a team of around 30, drive exceptional customer experiences, and bring retail standards to life through strong visual merchandising.

This hands‑on leadership role is diverse daily: supporting customers on the shop floor, operating the registers, and helping the team reach its goals.
