Junior Recruitment Consultant / Resourcer

The Role You will given the prospect to launch your recruitment career, learning about candidate sourcing, getting our roles in front of them and keeping candidates well looked after from the first call onward. We’ll train you in every part of resourcing,



then move you into recruiting on our permanent unskilled labour desk.

What You’ll Be Doing
Writing and posting job adverts on Seek and other job boards
Searching for candidates on every platform, including job boards, social media and our own database
Using our CRM database to keep candidate records, notes and details up to date
Screening applications and phoning candidates to check they suit the role
Building shortlists of suitable candidates for the recruitment team
Helping coordinate interviews and reference checks
Keeping candidates informed and well managed through each stage of the process
Building a pool of reliable candidates ready for upcoming roles
Learning the full recruitment cycle on our permanent unskilled labour desk
