Oh My Burger is seeking an experienced Shop Manager to run our Melbourne CBD store. You will oversee daily operations, roster staff, manage inventory and food costs, and train the team to deliver excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate has Australian rapid food or burger shop management experience, a hands-on approach, robust cost control and team leadership. Nights, weekends and public holidays availability is required; Food Safety Supervisor certification is preferred.
