About you
Proven Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager experience is essential
Strong experience managing the floor through busy service periods
Quick mover who remains calm and composed under pressure
Confident problem solver with strong initiative
Hands-on leadership style
Strong communication and people-management skills
Ability to train, motivate and develop FOH staff
High standards around service, presentation and customer experience
Organised, reliable and accountable
