The Star Entertainment Group's Cucina Porto seeks an Assistant Manager to lead daily venue operations under the Venue Manager. You will manage a energetic team, ensure exceptional guest service, and uphold safety and service standards across a busy hospitality setting.

Reporting to Venue management, you will contribute to achieving financial and operational targets while maintaining compliance with liquor laws and RSA requirements. This is a full time in office role at The Star Sydney.
