The Role

Reporting to the CFO, you’ll oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and commercial analysis, providing insights to support business performance and strategic decision-making. You’ll also lead the AP and AR teams, improve financial processes and partner with stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage month-end reporting, reconciliations and financial statements
Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning




Prepare management reports and analyse financial performance
Provide commercial insights to support business decisions and profitability
Support group consolidation and board reporting
Lead and develop the AP and AR teams
Improve financial processes, systems and reporting
Support broader accounting matters, including payroll and cash flow

Skills & Experience
Experience working with AASB 16 software
Experience with consolodation and statutory reporting
Degree-qualified in Accounting or Finance, with CA or CPA qualification
Strong experience across management accounting, reporting, budgeting and forecasting
Commercially minded, with robust analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and operational teams
Previous team leadership or people management experience
Advanced Excel and strong financial systems experience
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Experience in a multi-site or operationally complex business will be highly regarded
