About the Role

As a Customer Success Representative, you'll play a key role in supporting our clients and helping them get the most out of our software, from their first day on BUZ onwards.

Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:




Providing end-to-end customer support via phone, email and our ticketing system
Onboarding new clients: setting up their system and getting them up and running
Running training sessions for client staff (mostly remote)
Collaborating with the development team to test and implement new features
Creating customer-facing resources such as help articles, video tutorials, and newsletters
Using AI tools to work smarter - from ticket triage to creating training content
Strong skills in Windows, Microsoft Excel, and Word
Confidence in learning and navigating new software applications

Desired Skills (nice to have, not essential)
Customer support, onboarding or training experience
Experience in the window furnishing industry (or a related field)
Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI
Basic screen recording and video editing skills
Curiosity about AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) and how they can make work easier
