Abundantia Motels, require an onsite full time Manager to operate its motel assets in Major Regional Towns in NSW.
Requirements
Diploma or higher in hospitality management.
3 years full time relevant experience will be considered in lieu of qualifications
Minimum supervisory level hospitality management experience required
Minimum 1 year of supervisory level hospitality management experience required
Knowledge of reservations software & MS office
Experience with any reservations software system required
Australian work rights essential for this position
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Organising, controlling & supervising day to day operations of motel
Overseeing Motel facilities and grounds, including Security and property maintenance, contractors & tradespersons
Overseeing accounting and purchasing and financial reporting to the Directors
Basic bookkeeping skills sufficient for managing financial reporting and accounting functions
Ensuring the property is compliant with work health and safety and fire safety regulations
Providing guests with superior customer service
Assess and review guest's preferences, satisfaction and responding to guest enquiries, bookings and guest reviews
Managing the marketing & promotions of the business via travel websites, local council and Tourist Information Centre
