What You'll Be Doing
Managing the day-to-day operation and presentation of the display home
Welcoming and engaging walk-in clients while building lasting relationships
Qualifying buyers and guiding them through the home-building journey
Preparing preliminary pricing and presenting quotations using established systems
Building strong relationships with local land developers and referral partners
Managing your sales pipeline, customer communication and documentation through CRM
Attending regular catch-ups with management to support your success
Proactively generating new business during quieter periods

What We're Looking For




Previous experience in residential new home sales is essential
A genuine passion for helping clients build their dream home
Exceptional organisation and administration skills with solid attention to detail
A self-motivated, proactive approach and the ability to work autonomously
Confidence using CRM systems and technology
Solid understanding of the residential building process from enquiry through to contract
A results-driven mindset with the ability to achieve realistic sales targets
