About us
Everything Screen Doors and More is a well-established, highly respected local business, trusted by homeowners across the Illawarra and South Coast. With a busy showroom in Dapto and a solid pipeline of work, we need a switched-on admin all-rounder to be the friendly first point of contact and the engine room behind our team.
This is a part-time permanent role with an immediate start. Our ideal candidate can work Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
What you'll be doing
Welcoming customers to our showroom and answering phones with a smile
Responding to enquiries and emails, and booking jobs into the system
Coordinating schedules, appointments and the team's diary
Keeping our socials fresh: posting job photos, before-and-afters and customer reviews on Facebook and Instagram
General admin:
data entry, filing, documentation and whatever the day throws at you
What we're looking for
Previous experience in an admin, reception or customer service role
A genuine all-rounder who's happy to jump in wherever they're needed
Confident, friendly customer service and a skilled presentation
Strong communication, written and verbal
High attention to detail: reliable, punctual and organised
