Mr Percival’s sits right on the river at Howard Smith Wharves. It’s our take on the iconic European beach club with a Brisbane twist, and it pulls in locals, interstate visitors and global tastemakers every week. We’re growing our bar team and looking for talented bartenders who love their craft and want to make every guest’s visit memorable.
What you’ll be doing
Shaking, stirring and serving our signature cocktails and the classics in a high-energy venue
Welcoming every guest with warmth and personality, and making their visit
Knowing the Mr Percival’s menu inside out and sharing that passion with guests
Keeping your section clean, stocked and running smoothly
Handling POS and cash accurately, and serving responsibly (RSA) every shift
Setting up for service and functions to venue standards
Joining pre- and post-shift briefings so handovers are seamless
What you’ll bring
Solid knowledge of spirits and classic cocktail recipes
High-volume or quick-paced bar experience (desirable)
Availability Friday, Saturday and Sunday (essential)
A valid Queensland RSA (essential)
