Wood Recruitment is seeking a commercially minded Finance Manager to own cost analysis, reporting, and financial systems across multiple business units. The role offers $150,000 + super and a hands-on prospect to shape finance processes while delivering strategic commercial input.

You will build group-wide costing frameworks, drive profitability analysis, manage WIP and fixed assets, and support budgeting and forecasting. Robust Excel and ERP experience are essential.
