This role suits someone with previous civil road construction experience who is confident operating a range of roller machinery and willing to assist the ground crew with labouring duties when required.

Key Responsibilities
Operate roller machinery safely and efficiently
Complete compaction works to project requirements
Carry out pre-start checks and report equipment faults
Assist the ground crew with general labouring when not operating
Follow site procedures and directions from supervisors
Maintain a secure and tidy work area
What You'll Need
Construction White Card
Roller RII competency
Current driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle
Previous experience on civil road projects
Confidence operating a range of roller machinery
Willingness to undertake general labouring duties
Ability to pass a pre-employment functional assessment and drug and alcohol screening
