Role Responsibilities
Review and validate evaluation rubrics for accuracy completeness and real-world relevance.
Assess AI-generated advantages-navigation scenarios to inform a synthetic dataset.
Determine which scenarios require expert validation and recommend appropriate validation standards.
Identify inaccurate unrealistic ambiguous or potentially harmful guidance.
Evaluate whether customer communications reflect industry best practices.
Recommend improvements based on real-world benefits administration and customer-service experience.
Qualifications
Must-Have
Substantial professional experience in benefits administration benefits navigation healthcare coverage or a closely related field.
Robust understanding of Medicare and/or Medicaid considerations.
Familiarity with common customer questions service workflows escalation practices and communication standards.
Ability to distinguish between general educational guidance and situations requiring referral to a licensed legal clinical or plan-specific resource.
Transparent and precise writing with robust attention to detail.
Preferred
Experience in employer-sponsored group benefits or health and welfare benefits administration.
Background in advantages or retirement plan administration.
Experience in benefits navigation or advocacy.
Experience with benefits-related call centers or customer service.
Ability to communicate complex benefits information clearly and empathetically.
Experience in quality assurance rubric development or content validation.
Experience reviewing synthetic data structured datasets scripts call-center content or AI-generated customer-service scenarios.
