Design, develop, enhance and support PeopleSoft CRM/HCM applications (v8.8 or higher). N nnn
Develop and maintain solutions using Peoplecode, Application Engine, Application Packages, custom pages and components, Application Messaging, HTML, XML and JavaScript. N nnn
Develop and troubleshoot SQL and PL/SQL solutions. N nnn
Contribute across development, testing, documentation, migration and production support activities while following established PeopleSoft development standards and best practices. N nnn
Analyse complex technical requirements and develop effective solutions that improve application efficiency and maintainability. N nnn
Work collaboratively with technical teams, business stakeholders and end users. N nnn nn N What We're Looking For N nnn
8+ years of relevant IT experience with solid PeopleSoft technical expertise. N nnn
Extensive experience with PeopleSoft CRM and/or HCM 8.8 or higher. N nnn
Hands-on experience with PeopleTools 8.5x or higher. N nnn
Robust PeopleSoft development skills across Peoplecode, Application Engine, Application Packages, custom components/pages and integration technologies. N nnn
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to develop practical solutions to complex requirements. N nnn
Solid verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. N nnn nnn Highly Desirable N nnn Experience working with Australian government Child Protection applications/modules would be particularly valuable. N nnn nn
