What will you do?
Manage and support a team of engineers, drafters and technical sales staff.
Oversee engineering design, manufacturing and project delivery.
Stay involved in CAD, design reviews and technical problem-solving.
Manage estimating, quotations, tenders and project budgets.
Build customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
Work with the Managing Director to improve processes and drive business growth.
What will you need?
Degree in Mechanical Engineering withRPEQ registration.
Solid engineering experience across design, manufacturing or project delivery.
Experience managing or supervising technical staff.
Positive commercial understanding, ideally with exposure to estimating, budgeting or technical sales.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive, motivated approach.
