YOUR ROLE
Partnering with the CEO+ Board of this highly impressive prominent locally bred Australian financial services company,leadinga team of 2 high calibre professionals and liaising with various external stakeholders, you will enjoy yourdiverse 'full-spectrum'role-being responsible for:
'hands-on' overall day to dayfinancial/systems managementof various corporate entities and registered managed funds;
ensuringcorporate governance, risk management, statutory/legalcompliance;
financial analysis, reporting/advising,devising and implementingstrategic businessinitiatives to grow the business+ participate inexecutive decision-making;
driving ongoingsystems/process improvements.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
Have an accounting/business/commercedegree+ arefully CAqualified [essential] preferably with abig-4/mid-tier CA firmbackground;
have aminimum of 5+ yearsaccounting experience within thefinancial servicessector specifically with exposure tofunds management;
have an understanding ofASIC's requirementsrelating to holding a financial services licence and funds management;
possess strongcommercial acumen, technical/analyticalability and can effectively translate andapply the numbers to the businesscontext;
desire ahands-onaccounting role engaging in a full-spectrum of day-to-day 'business as usual' tasks+some strategic business partnering+leading a small competent team.
havePROVEN successin astrategic/commercial 'business partnering'senior finance role where you have delivered higher revenue/profits, driven positive change and added-value;
