What You'll Be Doing
Conducting initial and ongoing assessments, planning and managing nursing care
Developing and reviewing individualised care plans to meet residents' changing needs
Participating in quarterly care plan reviews (or more frequently where required)
Maintaining accurate, up-to-date documentation in line with SCC policies and quality standards
Ensuring the completion and accuracy of ACFI claims
Supporting best practice clinical care in a collaborative team environment
What we're looking for




Current registration as a Registered Nurse (AHPRA)
Demonstrated experience in aged care nursing or residential care environments (preferred)
Strong knowledge of aged care principles, practices and relevant legislation
Excellent clinical nursing skills and ability to provide person-centred care
Proficiency in medication management and administration
Effective communication and interpersonal skills with residents, families and colleagues
Ability to work flexibly and adapt to varying workloads in a casual capacity
Robust commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries
Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Reliability and punctuality in a casual work arrangement
