We are currently seeking a permanent full time classroom teacher for ****. Candidates must have an ability to plan, work and learn in a team environment. They must have excellent classroom routines and a commitment to the ethos of Catholic Education and contemporary pedagogies.

The successful applicant will:
actively participate in Holy Family's Professional Learning Community and work closely with their Professional Learning Team
display a sound understanding of evidence based Literacy programs, contemporary teaching approaches to Mathematics
demonstrate knowledge about explicit teaching and structured literacy
be open to continue their learning journey as a classroom teacher (novel studies, knowledge rich curriculum)
monitor and assess learners using data to plan for future success
understand how learners learn and how best to meet their needs
foster a safe and challenging learning environment that truly makes a difference





Skills/Experience required:
• Bachelor of Education or relevant tertiary qualification.
• A strong commitment to Catholic education.
• An ability to develop and maintain professional and caring relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• An ability to create an engaging, educational, and challenging learning environment that caters for the needs of all students.
• An eagerness to learn.
• An enthusiasm to implement a differentiated curriculum and use modern technology to support student learning.

Special Requirements
