Gough Recruitment is seeking an experienced property manager to oversee a well-supported portfolio in the Macarthur region, with a mix of residential and commercial properties and the opportunity to take ownership of your role.
You will manage a portfolio of approximately 200 properties, supervise leasing and compliance to NSW legislation, handle rent reviews and arrears, and maintain robust landlord and tenant relationships.
