The role provides in office/on-call end-user support within the desktop computing environment to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
The candidate should have 3+ years in desktop support, strong knowledge of Windows *****, Intune, Active Directory, Group Policies, PowerShell, and experience with MS Office, Edge/Chrome, and cloud applications.
ITIL familiarity is preferred.
