Everyday Independence is hiring a Youth Lead Practitioner to support adolescents and young adults with disabilities across Gosford and Lake Haven.
You will lead an interdisciplinary youth team coordinating NDIS-funded therapy packages and supporting participants to achieve educational, personal, social, and work-life goals.
The role requires relevant tertiary qualification and registration, with options for full time, part-time (4 days/week), or 9-day fortnights.
