We are looking for a self-starting, experienced Desktop Deployment engineer who will possess the following experience:
Proven experience in a troubleshooting level 1 & 2 issues & both face to face & over the phone.
Deployment of laptops - reimaging, full cycle deployment of new mobile devices
Full driving License & open to travelling across Australia
Working in a large enterprise workplace supporting customers over the phone & in person
Good troubleshooting and problem solving experience across the Microsoft technology stack
A proactive nature, an enthusiastic attitude and a genuine desire to help people;
Technologies:Windows XP/7/8/10/11
O365 troubleshooting
Intune SCCm (desirable)
Active Directory - account administration
Patching / basic cisco skills
Microsoft Office*********;
MS Exchange;
MS Systems Centre;
Hardware, Printers and peripherals.
DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP
