The role
You'll work directly with our Finance Brokers on live deals from day one.
This is effectively a broker assistant role.
You'll prepare finance documentation, manage settlements and keep our systems accurate, so every client has a smooth, professional experience from enquiry to funding.
You'll be part of a 3-4 person Business Support team, supporting a team of five brokers.
You'll report to our Senior BSO and General Manager.
What you'll do
Complete finance documentation accurately and process settlements to each financier's requirements
Work with our brokers to handle client and financier enquiries
Maintain our CRM (COG Connect) and work across lender-specific platforms
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the business
Follow our business processes and help us keep them sharp
Build strong relationships with clients and financiers through clear,



friendly communication
What you'll bring
Strong attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy
Confident phone and written communication
The ability to prioritise competing tasks and manage your own workload
A willingness to learn quick in a busy, commercial, sales-driven environment
Integrity, and a commitment to putting the customer first
Finance experience is an advantage, but not essential if these qualities are evident.
